Imagine tumbling rocks non-stop for an entire year! That’s exactly what Rob from Michigan Rocks decided to do in a year long rock tumbling experiment. He filled two barrels, each with carnelians from Morocco and Bahia agates from Brazil, and in one he added silicon carbide grit and in the other he used aluminum oxide.
The goal? To find out how the different grits would affect the rocks. Now, after a year of tumbling, the moment of truth has arrived! The results? Watch the video to find out!
